Ingredients
- 4 large scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (120 mL)
- Whipped cream
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (45 g)
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (25 g)
- 1/2 cup brownie chunks (75 g)
- 1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (30 g)
- 4 maraschino cherries
Directions
- Place two large scoops of chocolate ice cream into each serving bowl.
- Generously drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
- Pipe a large swirl of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the sundae.
- Add the brownie chunks evenly across the top.
- Sprinkle on the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and chocolate shavings.
- Finish with a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately before the ice cream begins to melt.
